I don’t know if you have noted this or not, but every coach that I have talked to with regards to triathlon training has stated that “every workout should have a purpose”. So, what are the choices? Also, we have heard over and over again that triathlon training is about the ability to produce POWER. What should we be incorporating in our workouts to ensure power?
